Mission
Cornerstone Foundation Transitional Center exists for the purpose of meeting
the needs of homeless males, homeless veterans, and individuals whose lives have been impacted by dependence on drugs and/or
alcohol, unidentified mental health challenges, inconsistent work histories, limited education, poor healthcare habits and
little or no ability to pay for such services helping those who are able to move toward self-sufficiency, and helping prevent
homelessness among all males at risk. It seeks to accomplish these goals through coordination of social services, cooperation
among non-profit, private sector, and governmental agencies, collaboration in securing and distributing funds for homeless
men, homeless veterans, individuals whose lives has been impacted by dependence on drugs and/or alcohol, unidentified mental
health challenges, inconsistent work histories, limited education and poor health care habits.
